Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery so long as it is in its original condition. Please follow the steps below:

Instructions for Returns or Exchanges
1. To begin the process, press the link at the bottom.                                                                                                                                      
2. Select the item you wish to return, choose a reason for the return from the drop down list and click submit.
3. Your request for an exchange/refund will be reviewed and confirmed by email.
4. Instructions will be emailed to you on how to return your item via courier.
5. Return or Exchange request must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip).
6. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with merchandise tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt (packing slip).
7. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
8. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for customers who receive the wrong orders (wrong item or size) or damaged goods. 
9.  The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process. However, those customers who are exempt of shipping charges, due to wrong orders or damaged goods, will pay the shipping fees to return the item but will be reimbursed once the items have been received by Molson. Reimbursements will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. 
10. If the item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same item, if available.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund or exchange shipment. We do our best to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible.
